What we built, and what it changed for the client.

In travel, automotive, finance, energy, retail, telecoms, industrial manufacturing and cyber security 25+ platform. For each project we set out the problem, the architecture we built and the result it produced in production.

%20lower cloud cost, same workload
Travel Distribution Platform

Multi-supplier inventory came together in one model, and the same volume is now served at 20% lower cloud cost.

Obilet’s bus, air and rail inventory was fed by suppliers that each had their own data model and their own failure behaviour, so every new integration put the search and booking flow at risk of regression. We normalised the inventory into a single internal model, solved station matching through geographic proximity and GIS, isolated supplier-side failures and reworked resource usage on AWS. The platform now runs independently of any one supplier, holds predictable performance through peak season, and serves the same workload at roughly 20% lower cloud cost.

One screentrip, vehicle and field team planning
Passenger & Ground Operations

Airport passenger operations are planned and monitored from a single platform.

At TPort and Pegasus, trip planning, vehicle assignment and field team tasking ran in separate systems, so the operation could only assemble a picture of the day through manual coordination. We brought trip and vehicle planning, field task flow and operations screens onto one platform, integrated the API and SPA layer with enterprise systems and established role-based authorisation. Operations now plan and monitor the entire field from one screen.

10K+ RPSreal-time sensor data
Industrial IoT & MES

The production line and its field devices were opened up to real-time monitoring.

On the Ford MES and Platform360 lines, production data stayed locked inside device protocols, and operations teams could only see deviations in end-of-shift reports. We integrated field devices over OPC UA and Open Protocol, and at KoçDigital brought live microservices that process more than 10,000 sensor records per second at low latency, together with alarm and telemetry dashboards. Production data now becomes visibility people can act on immediately, and deviations can be addressed without waiting for the shift to end.

OCPPcharge point control from one place
EV Charging Management (CSMS)

Charging infrastructure spread across the field is managed from a single centre.

As Ford’s charging estate spread across the field, monitoring station status and sending commands turned into a load the operation could not scale. We brought charge point control and command management over OCPP, telemetry-based fault monitoring and charging session tracking together on a single platform, and built the service infrastructure for high availability. Field operations now monitor and manage the entire station fleet from one place.

Self-servicedealer pricing, stock and ordering channel
B2B Commerce & Dealer Portal

Dealer ordering that ran on phone calls and email moved to a digital channel.

At Penta, dealer orders came in by phone and email, and price and stock information was verified by hand on every transaction. We brought dealer-specific pricing, stock visibility and order management together in the Bayinet B2B portal, integrated it with ERP and supplier systems and added content and document management (CMS/DMS). Dealers now reach price and stock information directly and place their own orders, and the sales team is free of that operational load.

Handheldbarcode-driven warehouse flow
Warehouse & Field Operations

Warehouse operations moved from paper records to a mobile flow that can be followed.

In the Penta and Lactalis warehouses, picking, counting and dispatch ran on manual records, and stock discrepancies only surfaced at the periodic count. We moved warehouse operations onto handheld terminals and barcode-driven mobile flows, and built the mobile application backend, the supplier integration and the stock synchronisation. Picking and dispatch are now recorded step by step, and stock data stays in sync across systems in real time.

End to endfrom task assignment to proof of delivery
Courier & Last-Mile Delivery

The delivery process can be followed end to end, from assignment to proof of delivery.

At Intermail Courier, courier tasks and parcel status were held in separate records, so reporting where a shipment was had become an operational cost in its own right. We developed task and distribution management, the courier mobile application and the service APIs, and added shipment status tracking, notification flows and GIS-based field reporting. The delivery process is now followed in a single flow from the moment of assignment to proof of delivery.

ServerlessLLM + vector search on AWS
Customer Intelligence (AI)

Scattered customer data became actionable insight on a serverless AWS architecture.

NEXT AI’s customer data was spread across several sources, and because every analysis required manual interpretation, capacity was tied directly to headcount. We built the collection and normalisation flows, the LLM-based classification and the vector-search segmentation on a serverless AWS architecture, taking on the solution architect and DevOps roles. The platform now turns raw data straight into insight teams can act on, while infrastructure cost scales in proportion to usage.

DASTsecurity scanning built into CI/CD
Application Security Testing

Vulnerability scanning became a continuously running part of the delivery pipeline.

At Invicti, security scanning had to cover every change without slowing the release pace. We developed the DAST flows across the web and API surface, the finding management around them, and the security controls embedded in the CI/CD pipeline, and took on scaling and day-to-day operation of the scanning infrastructure. Security verification stopped being an approval step at the end of the process and became a component that runs continuously inside the pipeline.

Multi-regionmulti-node chain infrastructure
Blockchain & Web3 Infrastructure

Chain infrastructure moved to a multi-region, observable and outage-resilient setup.

As the chain infrastructure in MultiVM Labs’ Quantum ecosystem grew, node maintenance and service continuity could no longer be handled through manual processes. We built the multi-node, multi-region node infrastructure along with its monitoring and maintenance processes, developed dApp, wallet and DeFi components, and carried out post-quantum cryptography work alongside them. The infrastructure is observable end to end and holds service continuity through region-loss scenarios.

Microservicesfault-tolerant data processing
Health Data Platform

High-volume health data is processed on a fault-tolerant microservice architecture.

In the Health Surveillance System, health data was processed in one monolithic flow; as volume grew, both latency and the cost of debugging climbed with it. We split the processing layer into microservices, designed the handling of high-volume flows, fault tolerance and end-to-end traceability, and completed integration with enterprise systems. The data is now processed on infrastructure that scales and can be audited.
