Software Architecture

We design service boundaries, data ownership and the consistency model against the volume you will have after growth — not the one you have today.

Scope

What we take on

We do not propose an architecture before understanding the existing system and how the team works. First we measure where the bottleneck actually is, then we change only as much as needed. The goal is not the newest architecture, it is the one that runs cleanly at your volume.

Workstreams

  • Service boundaries that let teams ship without waiting on each other
  • A design sized for post-growth volume rather than current load
  • Data consistency across distributed operations, without manual repair
  • Architectural decisions recorded with their reasoning, ready to hand over
  • Room to grow when traffic multiplies, without rebuilding from scratch
When you need this

If these signs
look familiar.

Tell us your situation →
  • A single change requires several services to be changed together
  • Data consistency is maintained through manual corrections
  • Latency becomes unpredictable as scale increases
Where we applied it

Multi-supplier inventory unified into a single internal model on the Obilet platform; IoT services designed for 10K RPS at KocDigital.

Passenger & Ground Operations

Airport passenger operations are planned and monitored from a single platform.

At TPort and Pegasus, trip planning, vehicle assignment and field team tasking ran in separate systems, so the operation could only assemble a picture of the day through manual coordination. We brought trip and vehicle planning, field task flow and operations screens onto one platform, integrated the API and SPA layer with enterprise systems and established role-based authorisation. Operations now plan and monitor the entire field from one screen.

Industrial IoT & MES

The production line and its field devices were opened up to real-time monitoring.

On the Ford MES and Platform360 lines, production data stayed locked inside device protocols, and operations teams could only see deviations in end-of-shift reports. We integrated field devices over OPC UA and Open Protocol, and at KoçDigital brought live microservices that process more than 10,000 sensor records per second at low latency, together with alarm and telemetry dashboards. Production data now becomes visibility people can act on immediately, and deviations can be addressed without waiting for the shift to end.
