Architecture, cloud, reliability and AI — the whole system from one team.

Software architecture, cloud & platform engineering, site reliability engineering, DevOps and CI/CD, integration and API, application security, AI & data engineering, technology consulting. Sekiz disiplini tek ekipte under one team, and we make architectural decisions with performance, cost and operational sustainability in the same view.

AI Solutions — artificial intelligence that runs in production, not in a demo.

RAG systems that turn company knowledge into an answer with its source in view, GenAI flows that turn unstructured text into data, agentic pipelines that speed up the development line, and LLM flows stuck in a prototype taken into production. Four problems, four distinct architectures.

01 AI

AI & Data Engineering

We put large language models to work inside the product and inside the engineering process — wherever they produce a benefit we can measure.

AI & data engineering in detail →

Scope

  • Messy data that is currently corrected by hand, cleaned up automatically
  • Records stored in different formats matched to each other correctly
  • AI flows that stall at the pilot stage taken into production
  • A consistent, measurable way for the team to use AI tooling
02 Architecture & Engineering

Software Architecture

We design service boundaries, data ownership and the consistency model against the volume you will have after growth — not the one you have today.

Software architecture in detail →

Scope

  • Service boundaries that let teams ship without waiting on each other
  • A design sized for post-growth volume rather than current load
  • Data consistency across distributed operations, without manual repair
  • Architectural decisions recorded with their reasoning, ready to hand over
  • Room to grow when traffic multiplies, without rebuilding from scratch
03 Architecture & Engineering

Systems Integration & API Engineering

We bring systems that have nothing in common onto a shared contract, and build integration as a durable layer rather than a one-off job.

Integration & API engineering in detail →

Scope

  • A new partner connected in days rather than weeks
  • Product code left untouched when a provider changes
  • Business continuing when one integration slows down
  • The same data looking the same in every system
  • A staged, reversible move away from existing systems
04 Cloud & Platform

Cloud & Platform Engineering

On AWS and Azure, we build the platform your application runs on so that it is repeatable, secure and predictable in cost.

Cloud & platform engineering in detail →

Scope

  • Infrastructure on AWS and Azure that scales with load and costs nothing when idle
  • A platform layer where every service is managed from one place
  • Staging that behaves the same way as production
  • Business continuing when a single region goes down
  • Clear visibility into which workload drives the cloud bill
05 Cloud & Platform

DevOps & CI/CD

We make sure code reaches production in a way that is repeatable, measurable and reversible.

DevOps & release automation in detail →

Scope

  • Releases that depend on an established process, not on one person
  • A bad release rolled back within minutes
  • Environment and configuration management that holds no surprises on release night
  • Whoever is on call able to intervene on their own
06 Reliability & Security

Site Reliability Engineering

We design for how the system behaves under pressure rather than under normal conditions: slow dependencies, traffic spikes and partial failure all included.

Site reliability engineering in detail →

Scope

  • Monitoring and alerting that warns before users are affected
  • Immediate visibility into where a slowdown originates
  • One component failing without bringing the whole system down
  • Degrading to limited service instead of shutting down during an incident
  • Knowing the system limits before a peak, not during one
  • The same failure not happening a second time
07 Reliability & Security

Application & API Security

We protect the application and everything it exposes to the outside world in layers, against malicious traffic, excessive load and unauthorised access.

Application & API security in detail →

Scope

  • Vulnerabilities caught before release rather than during an audit
  • Authorisation working by the same rules across every service
  • Malicious and overload traffic stopped before it reaches the application
  • Suspicious traffic throttled according to where it comes from
  • Security controls built into the release process itself
08 Consulting

Technology Consulting & Technical Leadership

The way to improve a system for good runs through raising the decision-making maturity of the team that builds it.

Technology consulting in detail →

Scope

  • An independent technical second opinion before a major investment decision
  • Technology choices grounded in written criteria rather than preference
  • Code quality tied to a process rather than to an individual
  • Senior technical leadership without building a full-time role
  • A team that becomes able to make its own calls
Frequently asked

Before we start working
merak edilenler.

Which discipline should we start with?

If you already have a clear problem statement (“the system breaks under heavy traffic”, for example) we start directly with the relevant set. If it is not yet clear, we begin with a short discovery call and an architecture review, and decide together which discipline will return the most.

Can we take consulting only?

Yes. Architecture review, performance and cost analysis, a technical roadmap or a second opinion can each be taken on their own; we also work without writing any code.

Do you work alongside our existing team?

Yes — this is one of the most common arrangements. We work inside your team, sharing the load on architecture, code quality and operational maturity. Code review and mentoring are a natural part of it.

Will we have to change our current technology?

In most cases, no. What is usually needed is not new technology but getting the existing one structured correctly, measured, and understood at its limits. When we do propose a change, we write down the reasoning and the cost of reversing it.

What do you hand over when the project ends?

Alongside the working system: the reasoning behind architectural decisions, the measurement points and the operational notes. Our aim is for the system to be understandable and operable on a day when we are not there.

How does the process run?

Discovery call (30–45 min) → a written proposal covering scope and expected outcome → kick-off, with progress reported in measurable steps. When you write to us we usually reply within two working days.

Let’s work together

Let’s work out together which discipline you need support in.

In a short call we listen to your current architecture and suggest the discipline that will return the most.
